1. Agreement to Terms

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials required for project completion. Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to all content and materials provided to Invonext for use in their projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Invonext retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing materials, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Invonext or their respective owners.

6. Project Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project approval will require a revised quote and timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invonext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any sensitive data exchanged.

10. Changes to Terms

Invonext reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
